A symptom is the bodies' inability to be able to compensate any longer. Our bodies are constantly “talking” to us and pain is oftentimes how it gets our attention.
In order for me to meet your needs, I will listen and observe in an effort to best address your problems and complaints. Sessions are a combination of massage, ART®, cranial sacral therapy, stretching, movement and muscle re-education.
My aim is to assist you in your healing process and help you become more comfortable in your body.

30 minute ART/massage $85
60 minute ART/massage $135
If you are unable to keep your appointment, please contact me so that it can be made available to other clients who may be waiting. There will be a charge of the session fee for missed appointments without at least 24 hours notice.
