When I was a teenager, my French teacher had us memorize expressions and songs. My favorite quote was "Je ne suis pas bien dans ma peu" which means " I am not feeling well in my skin today". That was my mantra, unhappy kid that I was. Now, many, many years later, I realize that my entire life has been a journey of becoming happy in my skin, and along the way, sharing the experience, so that I may assist others in being happy in theirs. By becoming aware of my own body, and striving to find peace within and without, I have become more compassionate and understanding of others.


Our bodies are constantly “talking” to us. In order for me to meet your needs, I will listen and observe in an effort to best address your problems and complaints.


During a session I will go only as deep as your body will let me go.  Sometimes, however, there is some discomfort as the brain becomes aware of the body, the muscle amnesia is replaced with awareness, and the scar tissue is released.


Pain may be associated with both holding on and with letting go. Pain is a wake up call - it is how the universe gets your attention.
